CueGrowth provides data, analysis, and workflow tooling only.

All actions involving third parties — including outreach, communication, or platform usage — are:

• initiated by the Customer
• controlled by the Customer
• executed outside of CueGrowth

CueGrowth does not integrate with or bypass safeguards of third-party platforms, and does not enable circumvention of third-party terms of service.

Information may be processed in the United States or other jurisdictions.

Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border data transfers.
